Ingredients

  • For 400g of Coffee Granola:
  • Tbsp Moccona Classic Dark Roast Coffee
  • 30ml hot water
  • 150g oat flakes
  • 30g coconut oil
  • 70g honey
  • 30g almond powder
  • For 2 Parfaits: 250g Greek yoghurt
  • 100g home-made Coffee Granola
  • 100g fresh berries
  • 40g crushed hazelnut
  • 40g dark raisins
  • 20g dried goju berries

Preparation

    Combine coffee and hot water until powder is dissolved, allow to cool.

    Melt the Coconut oil with honey. When melted, add the Moccona Classic Dark Roast Coffee and stir well.

    In a large bowl, combine the flakes, almond powder, crushed hazelnuts, dried raisins and dried goji berries.

    Pour in the liquid ingredients. Mix well to coat everything.

    Spread the granola on a large oven tray.

  6. 06

    Bake at 160°C for about 30 minutes. Stir the granola on the tray every 10 minutes.

    The granola is ready when golden.

    Allow to cool and store in an airtight box.
